I was out late in Cloverdale after a failed attempt at photographing some hot air balloons in Langley. Wandering under transmission lines in the dark is just plain creepy, I totally got spooked. When I took this shot my camera and tripod vibrated like crazy from the electricity in the air. Pretty cool.

For a change, I stayed out late and waited for it to get dark. It’s fun playing with longer exposures, there is a certain magic that I don’t find during the day. I imagine it’s akin to working in a darkroom and finally seeing that first print appear before your eyes. Time for bed.
