The Vancouver British Columbia Temple is a beautiful new building located on 82nd Ave, just east of 200th Street in Langley. If you are ever out that way, it’s definitely worth driving by. I took the first image at 8:20 pm, then grabbed a snack, and came back for another photo at 9:07 pm.
I’ve been working Saturdays for a few months now and it kinda reminds me of “The Breakfast Club”… only without people. This is the view from my cubicle on the second floor.
This black and white photo was taken from the Delta side, beneath the Alex Fraser bridge. It was pouring rain.
My plan was to take some photos off the Golden Ears Bridge, looking out towards Vancouver but I got rained out. Instead I took cover beneath the pedestrian walkway leading up to the bridge and tried my best make it work… finding a frame here and there.
This Project 365 has been good for me. It has forced me to take photos of subjects other than people, stuff that I would have never even bothered to look at before. For this photo it was difficult to decide what to keep in the frame and what to omit, there were lines running everywhere....
It’s the weekend and while most so called “normal” people are out for a late dinner or at home watching the Olympics, I’m out walking the Golden Ears Bridge… in the dark and by myself. Awesome. This shot was taken from the west side of the bridge, looking south, towards Langley.
